At the first production meeting of 2019, this visit was already on the two executives' schedules. The company has been in business for more than thirty years, and employees who have worked here for over ten years make up more than 40% of the workforce. The company is deeply grateful for their unwavering dedication and for the quiet support of their families. After discussion, it was decided to organise a visit programme — to bring warmth into employees' homes and greetings to their families.
On the Winding Mountain Roads · Huaershi
Most of the roads to employees' homes are mountain roads; some drives took up to three hours. The two executives spared no effort, visiting more than twenty employee households in all and bringing our most sincere greetings to every family in the mountain areas. Everyone gave a warm welcome to the company leaders who had come from so far away — beyond happiness, there was deep emotion.
Certificates of Honour · Huaershi
The leaders presented certificates of honour — contribution plaques — to employees with more than ten years of service, along with their best wishes and thanks. During the visits we also found that some families were in more difficult circumstances; the company gave them special support as a gesture of care — the gift is small, but the thought behind it is what matters.
