Zhejiang HES Automatic Instrument & Valve Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with over thirty years devoted to developing and manufacturing pneumatic actuators and pneumatic control valves. Located in the Binhai Economic Development Zone in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, the company has standard production workshops with a total floor area of 14000 square metres. The HES team provides customers with pneumatic actuators and pneumatic control valves backed by dependable quality and service.

Quality starts with standards. HES strictly follows the ISO9000 international quality management system and manufactures products to standards including China's GB and JB, the United States' ANSI and API, Japan's JIS and Germany's DIN. From design and development to manufacturing, and from product delivery to installation services, we manage the complete supply chain for pneumatic actuators and pneumatic control valves.

Our fully equipped inspection and testing laboratory includes a handheld spectrometer, Vickers hardness tester, surface roughness tester, material tensile testing machine, micron-scale film thickness gauge, accelerated UV ageing tester, salt spray chamber, valve pressure test bench, valve flow CV test bench, gas leakage detector, spring force tester, actuator endurance tester, static and dynamic torque tester, angular switching performance tester and loaded endurance test machine. These allow strict checks at every stage, from incoming materials through production to finished products.

HES pneumatic actuators and pneumatic valves are widely used in natural gas, petroleum products, chemicals, metal smelting, papermaking, printing and dyeing, power generation, mining, biopharmaceuticals, household chemicals, food and beverages, water treatment, air treatment and machinery.
