Double-Solenoid Valve
Double-coil solenoid valve holds valve position without return on power loss
Product overview
The double-solenoid valve uses two independent coils to control the opening and closing air circuits. Its main advantage is holding on power loss: if the air supply or electrical circuit is interrupted, the valve maintains its current opening without automatically returning. It suits critical process pipelines where unintended opening or closing is unacceptable. The left and right coils receive separate switching signals, using pulse energization to change state without continuous power, reducing overall energy consumption.
The precision spool and seals resist moisture and oil contamination. Standard 24V and 220V supplies are supported, and the valve is compatible with all double-acting pneumatic actuators. Basic non-explosion-proof and explosion-proof versions cover ordinary workshops and hazardous chemical environments. Smooth air switching without sticking helps prevent production losses caused by power-outage shutdowns in continuous-process pipelines.
