Product overview
AW-S series single-acting pneumatic actuators use a scotch-yoke transmission and spring-return design for safe, reliable operation. Sizes range from AW13S-AW28S, with standard 90° rotation and custom options. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps provide a robust structure, with maximum air supply pressure up to 8bar. A choice of seal materials accommodates demanding ambient-, low- and high-temperature conditions.
They support on/off shut-off and modulating control, with universal or custom connections. Automatic return on air pressure loss protects process safety. Manual operators, solenoid valves, valve positioners and other automation accessories can be fitted. Suitable for various quarter-turn valves, they are widely used in automated chemical, water-treatment and other pipelines.
