Product overview
AW series double-acting pneumatic actuators use a scotch-yoke transmission with high transmission efficiency and smooth torque output. A range of sizes is available with standard 90° rotation and non-standard customization. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps provide high rigidity and impact resistance, with air supply pressure up to 8bar. Various seal materials accommodate demanding ambient-, low- and high-temperature conditions.
The actuators support both on/off shut-off and modulating control, with universal or custom connections. Solenoid valves, valve positioners, manual overrides and other accessories can be added flexibly for convenient assembly. Suitable for ball valves and butterfly valves, they provide durable, stable automated valve actuation in chemical, water-treatment and other applications.
