The YTC smart valve positioner is a core control accessory for pneumatic control valves. It receives a 4–20mA signal to position the valve precisely, enabling automated regulation of fluid flow, pressure and temperature. Its intelligent chip supports one-touch automatic calibration, quickly matching the actuator's travel after installation without complex manual adjustment. Feedback components continuously measure valve opening to form a closed control loop, providing low control error and high accuracy.
It suits single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators and can be paired with ball valves, butterfly valves, shut-off valves and control valves. Explosion-proof and standard housings are available for hazardous and general service in chemicals, oil and gas, and water treatment. Interference-resistant circuitry prevents signal drift. Combined with position transmitters and solenoid valves, it forms a complete intelligent automation system for precise pipeline flow control.
