Product overview
The stainless steel pneumatic actuator uses a twin-piston rack-and-pinion drive for high transmission efficiency and stable torque output. Its cylinder and end caps are made of 304/316 stainless steel, providing excellent rust and corrosion resistance for demanding damp, marine and chemical conditions. Sizes cover DR-S/SC-S0015-5000, with 90°, 120°, 180° and custom rotation, and maximum air supply pressure of 10bar.
Multiple seal types accommodate high and low temperatures. Double-acting and single-acting spring-return versions are available, with the single-acting version providing safe shut-off on air loss. Both on/off and modulating control are supported, with provision for a variety of automation accessories. Applications include valve actuation in food and pharmaceuticals, seawater treatment and corrosion-resistant pipelines.
