This all-stainless steel pneumatic ball valve has a valve body and actuator housing made of 304/316 stainless steel. Sizes range from DN25~DN200, with multiple pressure ratings under Chinese, American and Japanese standards. A choice of seat materials is available, and the complete unit contains no carbon steel parts. It suits clean and mildly corrosive service in food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, purified water, and marine chemical applications.
It can be paired with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators, with automatic return on air loss, and supports on/off shut-off and flow modulation. The raised mounting pad accepts a complete range of solenoid valves, valve positioners, limit switches and other automation accessories for neat integration. The all-stainless construction resists high temperatures and rust, responds quickly and suits volume automation projects for automated pipelines.
