Product overview
The pneumatic 2PC two-piece female-threaded ball valve covers DN10~DN50, with a pressure rating of 1.6~6.4MPa (1000PSI). Its forged CF8/CF8M stainless steel body resists acid and alkali corrosion, with a choice of seat materials. Female-threaded connections simplify installation without flanges, making it suitable for small equipment and small-bore pipeline upgrades. The raised mounting pad accepts automation accessories directly for neat integration; its integral construction eliminates the need for adapter brackets and keeps on-site assembly orderly.
Double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators are available, with automatic return on air loss in the single-acting version. On/off shut-off control suits small fluid pipelines in food and beverages, water treatment, fine chemicals and semiconductors. The compact, corrosion-resistant two-piece forged body offers fast opening and closing response and stable torque, providing an economical, low-cost shut-off valve for small-bore automated pipelines.
