Product overview
The pneumatic V-port control valve covers DN15~300 and multiple pressure classes under Chinese, American and Japanese standards, with a choice of body and seat materials. Its V-notched ball provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic, high control accuracy, strong shut-off sealing and an inherent shearing action. It is widely used for precise flow control in chemicals, papermaking, water treatment, and oil and gas.
Double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators are available, with automatic return on air loss in the single-acting version. It supports shut-off and continuous modulation, while the raised mounting pad accepts a full automation accessory package directly. The ball can shear fibres and contaminants in the medium. Compact, wear- and erosion-resistant construction and a wide control range make it a dedicated valve for high-precision flow, pressure and level regulation.
