The pneumatic knife gate valve covers extra-large DN100~DN800 sizes and multiple pressure classes under Chinese, American and Japanese standards. Various body and seat materials are available. Its knife gate provides strong shearing force to cut fibres and solid contaminants without jamming. The open flow path offers low resistance, making it widely used in mining, wastewater treatment, power generation and chemical transfer pipelines.
Double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators are available, with automatic return on air loss in the single-acting version. It supports on/off shut-off and flow modulation, and a manual override can be added for emergency operation. Its slim, lightweight structure, fast opening and closing, wear resistance and long life make it a dedicated automatic shut-off valve for pipelines carrying solid-liquid mixtures.
