Product overview
This pneumatic sanitary ball valve features a one-piece forged 304/316 stainless steel body with food-grade quick-connect or threaded ports, in sizes DN10~50. The mirror-polished interior has no dead spaces and meets sanitary standards for food, pharmaceutical and pure-water applications. Multiple seat materials are available, with a pressure rating of 1.0MPa. Easy disassembly and cleaning simplify routine pipeline sterilization and maintenance.
Available with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators. The single-acting version closes automatically on air loss for two-position shutoff. The raised mounting platform accommodates solenoid valves, limit switches and other automation accessories. The assembly resists rust and high temperatures, maintains stable sealing and moves smoothly without sticking, making it a dedicated automated on/off valve for clean beverage, biopharmaceutical and purified-water pipelines.
