Product overview
This pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve has a mirror-polished 304/316 stainless steel body without dead spaces, allowing easy cleaning and sterilization to meet clean-process standards in food, pharmaceutical and daily-use chemical production. Sizes DN50~500, nominal pressure 1.0MPa, multiple seat materials and quick-connect/threaded connections allow convenient assembly and removal. Smooth flow without material accumulation suits clean-fluid pipelines for beverages, dairy and biopharmaceutical production.
Available with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators. The single-acting version closes automatically on air loss for two-position shutoff. Its raised platform directly accommodates solenoid valves, limit switches and other automation accessories. Rust and corrosion resistance, tolerance of high-temperature cleaning and disinfection, high cleanliness and long life make it a dedicated valve for automated on/off control in clean-process piping.
