Product overview
This pneumatic plastic ball valve has a one-piece corrosion-resistant plastic body, sizes DN10~DN50 and a pressure rating of 1.0MPa. It is lightweight, resistant to acids and alkalis, and rust-free. Multiple seat materials and solvent-bonded connections allow simple assembly and disassembly for small corrosion-resistant pipelines in electroplating, pickling and water treatment. The smooth passage offers low flow resistance and resists scaling and crystallization.
Available with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators. The single-acting version closes automatically on air loss for two-position shutoff. Its raised platform accommodates solenoid valves, limit switches and other automation accessories. The all-plastic body resists corrosion and never rusts, with low purchasing and installation costs, making it a preferred choice for automated switching in small and medium corrosion-resistant piping.
