Product overview
This pneumatic plastic butterfly valve uses a corrosion-resistant wafer body, sizes DN50~DN500 and nominal pressure 1.0MPa, designed for medium and large corrosion-resistant wastewater and chemical spray pipelines. Multiple seat materials resist scaling and corrosion. Wafer installation requires no flanges, saves space and reduces installation costs, while low flow resistance allows smooth medium transport.
Double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic drives are available; the single-acting version returns automatically to closed on air loss. The top mounting platform accommodates solenoid valves, limit switches and other automation accessories. Responsive switching, moisture and aging resistance, and a corrosion-resistant plastic body that never rusts suit environmental water treatment and chemical circulating-fluid pipelines.
