Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve
Standard wafer butterfly valve for rapid high-flow shutoff.
Product overview
This pneumatic wafer butterfly valve covers DN50~500 and pressures of 1.0, 1.6MPa, matching Chinese and US piping standards. Body, disc and seat materials are available for water supply and drainage, HVAC, food and chemical service. Its easy-to-install, compact wafer design offers low flow resistance and economical rapid switching and high-flow shutoff.
Equipped with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators, with automatic closing on air loss, it supports on/off and flow regulation. A raised stem platform accepts solenoid valves, valve positioners, limit switches and a full range of automation accessories for remote automation. Remote automatic and local manual control are both supported. Smooth operation, reliable sealing and good overall value make it a common automated butterfly valve for industrial fluid piping.
