Pneumatic Fluoropolymer-Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve
D671 series · Fluoropolymer-lined wafer butterfly valve
Product overview
The D671 pneumatic fluoropolymer-lined wafer butterfly valve covers DN50~500, with pressure ratings of 1.0, 1.6MPa and flange compatibility with Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Body options are WCB carbon steel or CF8/CF8M stainless steel. The full F4/F46 fluoropolymer lining provides exceptionally high resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidizers.
Available with double-acting or single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators; the single-acting version returns automatically to closed on air loss. The lightweight wafer design requires no matching flanges and offers easy installation, a small footprint and low flow resistance. It supports both on/off shutoff and flow regulation. Its integral raised mounting platform accommodates solenoid valves, valve positioners, limit switches, FRL units and manual overrides as a complete automation package.
