Product overview
This pneumatic diaphragm-actuated shutoff valve covers small and medium sizes DN25~DN150 with a 10K pressure class and Japanese-standard flanges, matching Japanese-standard packaged piping equipment. Its acid- and alkali-resistant stainless steel body (CF8/CF8M) suits clean-media applications in chemical processing, water treatment, food and pharmaceuticals. Various seat materials are available. A top-mounted large-diaphragm actuator provides ample thrust and smooth operation, primarily for emergency isolation and on/off control in process lines.
The single-acting spring-return drive closes automatically on air-pressure loss for safe isolation and reduced risk of uncontrolled piping. It supports shutoff and precise flow regulation; the top bracket directly accepts a full set of automation accessories for connection to a DCS. Stable thrust, easy disassembly and long diaphragm life make it a preferred valve for safe shutoff and flow control in Japanese-standard systems.
