Product overview
This pneumatic jacketed thin-pattern ball valve covers DN15~100 and pressures of 1.6/2.5/4.0MPa, with flanges compatible with Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Different body and seat materials are available. An integral heating jacket circulates steam or heat-transfer oil to prevent the medium from solidifying at low temperatures. The short, lightweight wafer design occupies little space.
Available with double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators; the single-acting version closes automatically on air loss. On/off shutoff and proportional control suit pipelines carrying heavy oil, syrup, hot-melt adhesive and viscous chemical materials. It effectively prevents blockage caused by cooling and solidification, making it a preferred valve for temperature-maintained process lines.
