Pneumatic Butterfly Valve with AW Double-Acting Actuator
Butterfly valve with AW series double-acting actuator.
Product overview
The AW double-acting pneumatic butterfly valve covers very large sizes DN100~DN2000 and multiple pressure ratings of 0.25–1.6MPa, with flanges compatible with Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Different body and seat materials are available. Its high-torque AW double-acting actuator uses air power in both directions for fast switching, stable torque and low flow resistance.
The double-acting design has no return spring and relies on a continuous air supply for opening and closing. It supports two-position shutoff and flow regulation. A raised platform directly accommodates all automation accessories for quick DCS integration. A slim, lightweight construction, stable sealing and convenient maintenance make it a mainstream choice for automated switching and regulation of high-flow industrial pipelines.
