Product overview
The HG series pneumatic butterfly valve covers very large sizes DN100~DN2000 and pressures of 0.25–1.6MPa, with flanges compatible with Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Various body and seat materials are available. Its high-torque HG actuator provides ample torque for large-diameter switching, with low flow resistance.
The single-acting spring-return version closes automatically on air loss and can serve as an emergency shutoff valve. It supports two-position shutoff and flow regulation, with a raised platform for direct installation of a full range of automation accessories. Slim construction, reliable sealing and convenient maintenance make it a preferred large automated valve for municipal networks, industrial circulating water and flue-gas pipelines.
