Product overview
This pneumatic fluoropolymer-lined flanged ball valve is designed for highly corrosive media, in sizes DN15~DN200 with nominal pressure 1.6MPa and flanges compatible with Chinese, US and Japanese standards. The carbon steel or stainless steel body has a full F4/F46 fluoropolymer lining for resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis and oxidizers. Its smooth, dead-space-free passage suits corrosive service in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, wastewater treatment and electroplating.
Available with double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators; the single-acting version returns automatically on air loss. It supports on/off shutoff and flow regulation, with a raised platform for solenoid valves, valve positioners and a full range of accessories. The temperature-stable, low-friction lining provides reliable sealing and isolates the body from corrosive media, extending service life while meeting both shutoff and precise regulation requirements.
