Product overview
This pneumatic flanged gate valve covers DN25~DN500 and multiple pressure classes under Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Multiple body and seat materials are available. Fully open, the gate provides an unobstructed straight-through passage with virtually no resistance and very low pressure loss. Reliable sealing suits on/off control in crude oil, gas, water-treatment and heating networks.
Available with double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators; the single-acting version returns automatically on air loss. It supports shutoff and flow regulation, with an integrated top handwheel for manual operation. High rigidity, high pressure capacity and convenient maintenance make it a mainstream automated shutoff valve for large pipelines.
