Product overview
This pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve covers DN15~600 and pressures of 1.6/2.5/4.0MPa under Chinese, US and Japanese standards. Various body and seat materials are available. Double-offset/triple-offset sealing provides low operating torque and zero leakage, with stable performance at high and low temperatures and high pressures. Widely used in advanced automated fine-chemical, HVAC, power-plant and water-treatment lines.
Available with double-acting and single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators; the single-acting version returns automatically on air loss. It supports shutoff and precise flow regulation, with a raised platform integrating the full range of automation accessories. A built-in manual mechanism assists emergency operation. Compact construction and high flow capacity make it a preferred automated butterfly valve for high-precision piping systems.
