Product overview
The filter regulator combines air filtration and pressure stabilization as an essential upstream air-treatment accessory for pneumatic valves. Multistage filter elements remove 5–40μm dust, moisture and oil contamination, preventing contaminants from entering solenoid valves and actuators and avoiding spool wear and sticking. Accurate regulation maintains a standard drive pressure of 0.2–0.8MPa without being affected by upstream compressor pressure fluctuations.
Automatic drainage removes accumulated water without supervision. The clearly marked pressure-adjustment knob locks to prevent unintended changes. Standard air ports allow integration with solenoid valves and actuators. The impact- and corrosion-resistant housing suits municipal, chemical and metallurgical pneumatic systems, significantly extending accessory life and reducing repair frequency.
