Product overview
The DR/SC series rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuators combine an optimized structure with precision manufacturing for a compact, lightweight body. Available in a complete range of sizes and compliant with international industry standards, they suit ball valves, butterfly valves and other 90° quarter-turn valves, providing a cost-effective general-purpose actuation solution.
Two versions are available: DA double-acting and SR single-acting spring-return. Double-acting units use air power in both directions, with low friction and smooth, linear torque output. Single-acting units contain springs for automatic return on air loss, with spring configurations adjustable to requirements. A 25%-50% safety margin is recommended for selection. They are widely used for industrial fluid control in water treatment, power generation, metallurgy, food processing and pharmaceuticals.
