Product overview
HG series double-acting hydraulic actuators use a scotch-yoke transmission for high torque and smooth operation, suited to quarter-turn valves in heavy-duty service. They cover the full HG0-HG8 range, with standard 90° rotation and custom rotation options. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps provide high mechanical strength and withstand hydraulic pressure of 100bar. Multiple seal materials meet demanding ambient-, low- and high-temperature media conditions.
They support on/off shut-off and modulating control, with universal or custom connections and compatibility with a variety of automation accessories. They suit fluid-control systems requiring high driving force in oil and gas, heavy industry and similar applications.
