Product overview
HG series single-acting hydraulic actuators use a spring-return scotch-yoke mechanism. When hydraulic pressure is lost, the springs automatically return the actuator to protect process safety. The complete HG0-HG8 range is available with standard 90° rotation and custom travel. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps withstand impact and heavy loads, with maximum hydraulic pressure of 100bar. Various seal materials accommodate changing high- and low-temperature conditions.
They support both on/off shut-off and modulating control, with universal or custom connections and options for solenoid valves, manual operators and other accessories. They are mainly used to automate heavy-duty valves requiring fail-safe return in petrochemicals, pipeline transport and similar applications.
