HG series double-acting pneumatic actuators use a scotch-yoke transmission for powerful, uniform torque output suited to heavy-duty quarter-turn valves. Sizes cover HG0-HG8, with standard 90° rotation and customer-specified options. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps provide a robust, impact-resistant structure, with maximum air supply pressure up to 10bar. Various seal materials accommodate ambient-, low- and high-temperature service.
They support two-position shut-off and modulating control with universal or custom connections. Solenoid valves, manual operators and other automation accessories can be added. With fast opening and closing response, they are widely used in automated industrial fluid control for chemicals, oil and gas, and water treatment.
