Product overview
HG series single-acting pneumatic actuators use a scotch-yoke transmission for powerful, stable torque output. They cover the full HG0-HG8 range, with standard 90° rotation and non-standard customization. Steel or grey cast iron cylinders and end caps provide a strong, load-resistant body, with maximum air supply pressure up to 8bar. A choice of seal materials accommodates demanding ambient-, low- and high-temperature conditions.
They support two-position on/off shut-off and modulating control, with universal connections and custom options. Springs provide safe return on air loss. Solenoid valves, valve positioners, manual hydraulic overrides and other automation accessories can be fitted. They are widely used to automate heavy-duty quarter-turn valves in chemicals, oil and gas, and similar industries.
